Dr. Hatem Rouached is currently working at INRA, B&PMP (Biochemistry and Plant Molecular Physiology) in France. He got PhD in plant molecular physiology from University of Montpellier–France (defended in July 1st, 2005). By combining computational and experimental approaches to reveal molecular mechanisms underlying adaptive strategies in plants to understand how these traits evolved is his focus. In particular interested by gaining new insight on how plants integrate different nutrient signals to modulate their growth capacity, which is a new frontier in the field of plant nutrition. He has published about 50 SCI papers in Nature Plants, Trends in Plant Science, Plant Cell, Plant Physiology, and Plant Journal and so on. He is currently an associate editor and editor of several journals and a reviewer for Nature Plants, Plant Cell and others.
