报告人简介:
Lin Ma is currently an Assistant Professor at University of Texas at El Paso. His research focuses on developing and using natural isotope tools such as U-series isotopes to trace solute and metal sources in water and soils to quantify rates of chemical weathering and to assess the environmental impacts of human activities at Earth’s surface and the Critical Zone. Lin Ma received a BS in Geochemistry from University of Science and Technology in China (Hefei) PhD in Geochemistry from University of Michigan (Ann Arbor) and conducted his postdoctoral research at the NSF Susquehanna Shale Hills Critical Zone Observatory and Pennsylvania State University.
