2007年7月毕业于东北大学环境工程专业,获学士学位;

2013年7月,毕业于中国科学院沈阳应用生态研究所环境科学专业,获博士学位;

2012年1月-12月在德国莱比锡亥姆霍兹环境研究中心进行博士生联合培养;

2013年7月进入中国科学院南京土壤研究所工作

任文杰,男,1986年生,河北迁安人,博士,副研究员。主要从事纳米材料的土壤生态效应及其在污染土壤修复中的应用、污染土壤的根际修复等方面研究。近年来主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重点研发计划子课题等项目10余项。已发表学术论文50余篇,其中SCI收录30余篇,申请国家发明专利4项(已授权2项),参编中文专著3部,参与编写外文图书1章。

 现主持国家自然科学基金面上项目(41877139)、国家重点研发计划子课题(2017YFA0207001、2016YFD0800204)、江苏省自然科学基金面上项目(BK20161616)、科技基础性工作专项项目课题(2015FY110700-S4),作为第二负责人主持云南省重大科技专项子课题(2016ZF001-4)和云南省科技计划项目子课题(2017IB038),完成国家自然科学基金青年基金(41401565)和中国科学院南京土壤研究所一三五领域前沿项目(ISSASIP1615)。
